GGS loves herself a project
Once she gets easily obsessed with a project idea, it’s often an ongoing thing until she has exhausted that interest.
‘Libratella’s Table’
La famiglia cookbook ~‘Libratella’s Table’is an ongoing project that has been slowly developing in the background through method testing, recipe sorting, history, and photo gathering. The cookbook itself will focus on GGS’s Italian family background and heritage, which is most influenced by the matriarch herself (Our Nonna), Libratella Margaret-Gargiulo.
‘Amore del Pomodoro’
Taking a pre-loved vintage item and adding some GGS creatives to it is exactly what this project was about. We get easily obsessed with finding vintage tablecloths, lace, and napkins and adding handcrafted embroidery to the edges. This is one of GGS's current projects called‘Amore del Pomodoro’—tomato love.
‘Pasta Ladies’
The series called ’ Pasta Ladies’ began from GGS’s obsession with all things pasta-making and consuming. Drawing ladies with such looks to include spaghetti hair, rigatoni and ravioli outfits, and farfalle accessories that has developed into an ongoing creative love affair. The development of GGS's Pasta Ladies into prints and t-shirts is certainly in the works, to be shared and enjoyed by all our pasta-consuming members.
