Ciao, my name is Kea, and I am the face behind the makings of GGS PASTA, which is an ever-evolving playground of imaginative creations, meaningful food inspiration, and a major encourager of connection among pasta consumption enthusiasts. Growing up as an Italian-Greek-Cypriot-Australian, Mediterranean food and, specifically, the consumption of pasta has always been a massive part of my life. Making fresh pasta is something that brings me immense joy, and when I discovered I needed to go gluten-free for my health, I was determined to learn how to make pasta as close to gluten-tasting pasta as possible. I love to create things, and this website is a reflection of my makings that began with drawing a series of ‘Pasta Ladies.' GGS to me is an exploration of passion, culture, soul, and storytelling that is open to all.
